How do I vote from out of state?

I attend a university several states away from my permanent residence, the state where I'm registered to vote, and I'm wondering how I would go about voting in the presidential election.

in ur home area,

get it done early so ur vote will count.

Contact your State or County Election Office and request an absentee ballot.  You'll have to complete a form (probably have it notarized) and send it in.  Do it soon as the time for applying for absentee ballots is running out.
