Question:

How do I wake up earlier?

I have to go to school at 7:00. I sleep at very late times, like 11:00 or 12. But I try to sleep earlier, but it doesn't work. Neither will moving my alarm clock. I have a special talent of ignoring the alarm clock or falling sleep even when I turn it off. I also will sleep on the floor if I can't sleep on the bed at mornings. This has been going on since 2nd grade, and I can't use medications, so I'm in big trouble. Please answer quickly, since school will start soon.

  1. I set three alarm clocks at different times and they're always too far to hit to snooze button. You'll be able to force yourself to get up to get the alarm clock to shut up.

    You can put things on the floor that are precious and delicate to you so you won't even dare rolling off your bed.

    Before you get up and feel like going back to sleep, drink a glass of water (put it next to your bed).

    And be sure to have your parents to wake you up in case.

    Edit: Water wakes you up and refreshes you since you can be dehydrated and tired when you wake up.

You can go to sleep early or have one of your parents come into your room to get you up.Pray to GOD about it.GOD can solve this.It seems that you have insomnia or maybe you are just having trouble falling asleep.Talk to your parents about this and tell them that you are having trouble falling asleep.They will understand.I hope that I helped you in some way or another.Well GOD BLESS you!

  4. I've found the best thing to do is to stay on your feet until you're tired. Sit up on a chair, instead of lying on a couch if you're tired. I have trouble waking up sometimes also as I hit the snooze button several times before getting up. I've found that if I put the alarm clock on the floor then I have to move and get up to hit snooze, so I hit snooze a lot less. It's a little ridiculous but it works. I also have the clock set 40 minutes fast so I'm not late, and that is completely ridiculous.

  5. well for me its no problem because my sister wakes me up,but sometimes when she cant,i always go to sleep thinking "jess,u will wake up at 6:30,try to wake up at 6:30" that helps me alot

    or if u have an alarm clock like an ihome,u can wake up to really loud rock music...that helps too
