How do I wash a camel bak?

No, not the animal. It's this bladder with a tube to drink out of, and you put it in a little back pack thing.

I've been using it a lot, so there's sweat stains on the bag, and the water tastes a little off when I fill it up. Plus, the tube has a little cloth cover that would be a real pain to pull off and throw in the laundry separate.

i'd find some really mild soap and soak it in a clean plastic tub for a few hours, pumping soapy water in and out. then do the same with fresh water.
