How do I wash my sparring gear?

Help it stinks really bad!

The easiest way would be to lather up in the shower, scrub out your gear -by hand- in the shower, rinse it in the shower, and then hang it out to dry (preferably in the sunlight, unless it's molded foam ...).

*If it's REALLY smelly, then you've probably got mildew issues, and the gear's probably gotta be tossed.

Just toss it in the washing machine for about 5 min then rinse and hang in the sun to dry.

well, what i do is just take those clorox disinfecting wipes or something and wipe everything down.
