go to cfl.ca.  They list games times and channels for US broadcasts

Growing up in the Detroit area, I saw quite a bit of Canadian Television through Channel 9 in Windsor, ON.  Areas along the US-Canada border may be able to get some Canadian television.  Your other option would be to check into dish options that may include TSN.

Some games as shown on the CBC, our public broadcaster, on Fri or Sat nights, which is free to air and you should be able to get it in any of the border states
