How do I watch local TV from other states?

For example if I lived in California and wanted to watch the local news in Denver, are there many ways to do this?

Build a really big and tall antenna.  No, there is not really any way to do it over the air.  You will have to do it on the internet.  Some stations real time their video.  Check it out for the stations you want to watch.
