How do I watch movies thought my pc to my TV?

OK I know you have to connect your graphics card to your TV I have a Nvdia 8800 GT I'm pretty sure that I came with the cables the cables I think are the right ones have one connector on one end and 4 on the other so what do I do with them if they are the ones I use how do I connect them also to my TV.

theres 2 ways the way i did it was got a cable that splits fom 1 to 2 then i just put the other moniter cable into my tv now i can record everything on my p c ,,or u can gat a video card the cables and driver sofware etc
