My 17 month old is so attached to his soother he pulls temper tantrums if he doesn't have it at night time. h**l cry at night unfortunately he sleeps with me so I have to endure the whole night of him waking up every so often freaking out.It seems like its his way of calming down and felling secure. but i don't want to him getting crooked teeth whats my best option? Any one else experienced this? Please tell me how you managed.... Thanks!

  1. When we decided it was time to get our kids off them - they just disappeared one day. They get over it a lot quicker than you think. It might mean one tough night but then it'll be done.

  2. I have not tried it yet but I have heard from a lot of moms and a few doctors that when you are ready cut the tip of it off, they dont like the texture and so they wont put it in their mouth. Be patient it may take a while though for him to get use to it:)
