How do I wire my new Kenwood KFC-XW1212DVC subs to my amp?

I recently purchased the new 12" Kenwood subs and I am not sure how to run the wires to the amp. The subs have 4 terminals on each instead of the normal two that i am used to seeing. I read the manual and it shows a serial diagram for two subs and one amp. Now if go by that do I need to bridge the speaker wires to the amp? Or can i run it straight and not use two of the terminals on the subs? The amp is 2 channel and im not sure about the ohms class d amp..

Its just a duel voicecoil. If you want them to be louder run it in parallel. You didnt say what the ohms are, so if your amp keeps overheating or going to protect, then run it series.

Parallel - red to red to red

                black to black to black

Series - ( on the sub ) -red to black - black to red

               ( from sub to amp ) red to red

                                                 black to black
