How do I wire up my TV peripherals?

I have an LG - HD Ready TV (not with built in Freeview) a Sony DVD Recorder (which I currently use as my Freeview decoder) and my old VCR Recorder, all working together fine. But I now wish to add a seperate Freeview Box so I can watch and record different programmes, but I am not sure how to configure the wiring. Can anyone help?
