I arrived far too early and is was pouring down with rain after traveling on the Northern line. Where was the points failier at Camden Town or the signal failier at Golders Green? This is not the standard of service we expect..

  1. The train ran on time?  that's great, you should be sending a 'thank you' letter to the company instead of complaining...

considering the problems the tube company face every day:(vandalism,yobs/drunks,nutters,

underfunded infrastructure) then they deserve some credit... and  it rained... ahhh, poor you!!

  2. funny bugger!!!lol

  3. I know that this will be hard to swallow, but you should let it go.  They will never give you adequate compensation and it will take years off your life.  The only upside is that you know it will never happen again.

  4. You should have stayed in bed.

  5. Firstly, leave out the fact that you arrived early.

Secondly, print out your letter exactly as you have your question.

Finally, learn to spell or use Spellcheck!

  6. failure?

i know it's disgusting how they make us wait in the cold, just so they can meet efficiency targets!!

  7. sue them and take a jug of water to court

  8. I'm sure it will be the first time someone has complained about a train being on time!!

However you word it, I suggest a spelling course first.

  9. i am too shocked to be able to write it for you, its a miracle thats all i can say. are you sure there were no leaves on the line...........No its ok, i cant take anymore

  10. Great Scott, the first time I have heard of someone moaning that the train was on time!
