I'm a 5'3 119 lb girl with about 6 percent body fat. Im a year around athlete...Im on two swim teams and I practice for 4 hours a day. But I still only have a 'flat' stomach with a couple little lines runing down the middle of my stomach and two near my hip bones. I want a tighter stronger more defined stomach especially my obliques. Any one know any exercise that target that besides crunches?? i already do 600 crunches at practice twice a week.

  1. Abs is about diet...body fat percentage period. You want abs, do cardio and eat lean meats, chicken and fish with steamed veggies.

  2. The #1 rated abs program on the internet:

  3. If you are able to do 600 crunches, you aren't doing them correctly.

Getting tighter, more toned and defined abs aren't easy. I'll tell you that first.

You'll have to work your obliques and lower abs too.

Obviously you aren't too well balanced since you are able to do 600 crunches.

I used to be able to do hundreds of crunches but then I transitioned to an actual plan and couldn't do more than 50 leg ups for lower abs and 25 for obliques.
