How do I work out what I should be earning?

My colleague takes home £1400pm after tax, my boss wants to offer me £22,500pa for the same job. How do I work out what my colleague is earning per annum (before tax)? She might be better looking but I'm better skilled.

£22,500 comes out at £1434.38 per month net using the standard tax code, so it looks like she's on about the same as you would be.
