How do I work the AUX cord to my Sirius Player and my Ipod

I have an Ipod, aux cord, and Sirius satellite player in my car. How do I get this thing to work with my ipod? Ive plugged the cord into the Sirius and into my player but no go! Help quick! Thanks!

  1. U have to go to the settings of the radio to turn on the aux and i-pod settings and b sure its compatible to ur system,,,


  2. It depends on which Sirus Radio System you have but usually there is some sort of 'mode' button you have to push to set it to the AUX mode. Read your Sirus manual and they should tell you which button it is. Or let us know what model you have and I'll see if I can check for you.

    OK so you have a regular stereo and then you have a Sirius player that you plug into your stereo right? If not how is your Sirius player connected to your car? I'm only asking because as far as I know this model does not have an AUX in only an AUX out so you can plug your Sirius player into your car stereo or boom box but not an AUX in for you to plug your MP3 player into your Sirius player. If this is true then plug your mp3 player into your car stereo. If it's not then please explain what kind of set up you have.
