  1. I am pleased to announce that on (date),(name)will be joining our team.He or she will be taking over the position of(position)that is vacant due to (name) leaving.I am sure that you will join me in wishing(departing employees name)the best of luck. Please extend a warm welcome to our new team member.I am confident that you will help make this transformation as smooth as possible.

It really all depends on what position you have with the company. The announcement should be coming from the new and departing team members superior.

  2. Dear colleagues - please be advised that on (day) (date) (year) we will be joined by (new persons name) S/he will be taking over the role of (leaver's name)

Im sure you will join me in wishing (leavers name) the best of luck in their future role

    Hope this helps

PS dont forget to spell check before sending... Its 'Professional' not 'Prefession'!!
