How do I write a restuarant review?

I want to write about Difara's Pizza in Brooklyn.

I've got some criteria listed like location, atmosphere, and menu/prices.

1: Location (address)

2  The day and time you went there.

3 How long it took you to be seated

4 The Menu items that you ordered

5 The overall manner of the server who took your order (did they make suggestions?)

6 How long the food took to get to you and  was it  what you ordered.

7 : If theres a wine list, is it a good one and how are the wines priced?

8: What desserts are on offer? Price?

9 : Comments on the service and atmosphere in the place

10: How was your overall experience and that of anyone you ate with?

11: Good and bad points (at least 3 of each)

12 Finally, give the place a CONSTRUCTIVE rating.
