How do I write a thirty line poem only using lines from the book Night by Ellie Wiesel?

I have to write this for school and I can only use lines from the book. The poem has to express a theme from the book. The book is about the Holocaust and it's about the author who survived the Holocaust. I am having trouble starting my poem since the poem can't really rhyme. Any help would be much appreciated!!!!

Poems dont have to ryhme. Haiku's, Free Verse, Sonnet, and so many other poem styles dont rhyme!!!!!
