2. Do something specail..presentation,, survey,, report

let everybody talks about wat u did..

or accept it..but later  u have 2 challenge him..it is matter of time..then he indeed will regret for that!

Perform in a manner that shows him that you are a valuable asset for the company. If he is thinking about reducing your salary, he is unhappy about something. Polish up you act, and show him your deserve what you are getting paid.
