The My Yahoo page let's you add a module called "My Yahoo! Blog" http://myyblog.com/blog/ but it's not the same as 360.yahoo.com blogging.

Blogging at 360.yahoo.com is easy to figure out and that's where you may "write in your blog".  Try it now that you know it's there ;) , here's the link http://360.yahoo.com
