How do I write my two weeks notice letter?

I got a new job and I have to give my 2 weeks notice on Monday how do I write the letter any suggestions. By the way I would like to leave on good terms even if he was extrememly rude and mean to me!

You are right, if the reason you are leaving is due to a personality conflict with a coworker or supervisor, this is not the place to discuss it.

This sounds acceptable:

Please be advised that I am resigning from my position at [name of company]. This letter is my official two week notice of my intention.

My last day will be on [date], two weeks from today, as per our contractual agreement.
