  1. Firstly mention where you heard about the post and how you were excited at the prospect of applying.  Detail any relevant experience and why you are really enthusiastic about the job (your love of helping kids have fun and develop etc).  Discuss what you could bring to the job and what you could learn from it.  Good luck! :)

  2. Sound enthusiastic and really keen...and explain why you are so keen. List your strong points and try and make yourself sound like 'the one'.

Include a letter of reference if possible...and list all your work with previous nurseries or childcare or whatever!

    Good luck xx

  3. As a manager / employer I want to know why you want to work with children, what your past experience is.  Your strengths and how you would fit into my team (including why in particular you would want to work in my pre-school).  Whether you are prepared to do ongoing training.  What qualifications you have - if you don't have any do you have your own children?  If there are any areas you are particularly interested in ie SENCO, EAL, Safe guarding children, Risk Assessment.  Whether you have a CRB check.    I think that is it.  From your answers I would expect to see your enthusiasm for the job and your knowledge about children
