How do Japanese feel about unit 731?

I watched a trailer of a movie called "philosophy of a knife". It was about the horrific crimes done by a japanese unit called 731 to test biological weapon on humans around WW2. I was so angry in a way I cannot explain. I heard that some of those who did this crimes became in power or multimillionaire, without any punishment. How do Japanese feel about unit 731? Do they ask for punishment for those who still alive of the member of the unit?
