How do PARTIAL SHARES ON SHAREBUILDER and similair brokerages work WITH VOTING RIGHTS of SHAREHOLDERS?

In other words you can buy partial assets of partial stock like in Berkshire Hathaway. My question is that the share you own a part of someone else owns a part of so how would voting work on that stock?

You only get voting rights on full shares, and usually you have to own one share before you can buy partial shares.
