How do Snakehead fish migrate across land?

I heard that they are an invasive species and that they migrate across land. Do they like crawl like a snake?

Basically they just move their tail really fast so that they get some lift and land a few inches from where they previously were. It's like if you put your feet together and then swing your arms, you can jump a short distance. They can live without water for three days as well. Discovery, I think it was Discovery at least, had a show about these a while ago.
