  1. they eat one another ,that is interaction

but many species especially birds sit together and sing their own tunes

    some birds will imitate others

animals are always aware of all other animals ,and most tolerate each others presence ,prey will obviously hide or run away from predators

but for example have seen crows flying ahead of eagles and warning everybody ,also seen crows zooming around a bush where a coyote was hidden also to highlight his presence.

  2. Symbiosis: Certain species will benefit each other.  Sea anenomes and clown fish are an example. The sea anenome will protect the clown fish from being eaten by predators (the fronds of the anenome can sting enemies which can be very painful)  The clown fish in return will clean the sea anenome.

Comensalism: When one specie benefits another, while the other is not affected An example would be a wildflower growing under a pine tree during summer. The pine tree is creating shade for the wildflower- thus allowing it to survive, but the pine tree does is neither harmed or benefitted from the wildflower.

Parasitism: When one organism harms another. For instance, a tick on a dog. The parasite (the tick) harms the dog. The dog is the host in this case.

One specie may keep another specie's population in check and vice versa. Coyotes will keep the rabbit population from getting too large. But once the rabbit population declines, so will the number of coyotes.   (there won't be enough rabbits to support the number of coyotes.)
