How do Stop and Shop Milk Rewards work?

They do not explain it on the receipt and I cannot find it anywhere on their web site. I'm assuming after I get so many milk points for buying milk there I will get some for free but I'm not sure if that's the case and if so, how many points do I need to accumulate?

I saw it in my local flyer.  It says when you buy 6 gallons of milk you get the 7th one free.  It doesn't say if a coupon pops out, or if the 7th one just scans free.  Thats all the information they give out.
