  1. Usually they train in schools that are dedicated to WTF style(that's Olympic Tae Kwon Do). They usually have coaches who train with them a good portion of the day, every day. Besides training with the coach they train against other athletes in the school for sparring. They also do competition state, national, and international wise(if you become really good). Competition is really the only way to train and be ready.

  2. First they have to train how to kick the referee.

  3. I suppose it's just how anyone else trains. I train in a WTF Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan dojang and we train in tradition combat Chung Do Kwan. When a competition is coming up, we train under Olympic WTF rules so we don't go up and forget we can't elbow them in the face. When a competition is approaching, we train all day, everyday up until the competition. We take a day of rest and then we go kick some butt. We also train double of what is expected of us. If we have to fight two 1-minute rounds, then we train for two 2-minute rounds.

  4. They train 4 to 6 hours per day, 6 days per week.

They compete in regional, national and international tournaments that are recognized by their national federation.

They must be WTF TKD black belts.
