I've been thinking about committing suicide. I haven't planned anything, it's just been crossing my mind a lot. I feel really empty inside.

  1. It helps me sometimes to talk to a very non-judgmental person about how I feel.

Note: to me, a non-judgmental person would say that it's "ok" to think about committing suicide. They would respect me as a reasonable person, and accept whatever I have to say.

  2. Keep yourself busy. anything so that you don't think about it. I was there, and the best thing I did was study religious philosophy and music for hours on end. It sounds retarded, but it honestly helps.

  3. I suggest the six dollar burger from Carls jr. If you feel empty after eating one of those things you might have a tape worm.

  4. To feel less empty, just think about the people who love and care about you. Think of your family, and how you've made a difference in their lives and how they would be heartbroken if you committed suicide. Take up a hobby, or something that will make you feel satisfied with yourself, and so it can show you what you are capable of. Try learning to play an       instrument, or try drawing or writing. Anything that will make you feel more fulfilled. Tell yourself that you still have a lot to do with your life before you die, and you want to accomplish that.

  5. U migth like to consider looking at some insprirational qoutes. i meditate occasionally and have a diary with all my deep thoughts, think of this what are your deepest desires, follow them, whether it be finding a soulmate to finding meaning in life, just pursue what you can.

  6. Do something that you enjoy, spend time with a loved one, go out and away from anything that you could use to hurt yourself, call someone who you think you matter to, and remember that as bad as you may feel now, it will get better. No matter what, it always gets better eventually. Read a good joke or watch a funny movie and you'll see that you laughed and felt better for a moment than you did the moment beforehand. Force yourself to laugh and to find things that make you happy.

  7. by doing something constructive instead of destructive. you have to build something in those holes in your life to hold up the parts of you that you would rather hide. join a club or  write out all of your feelings so that when they are laid out honest and bare you can see them clearly for what they are and maybe find out why you feel so empty or at least get a better hold on yourself. i hope you find what you are looking for but i will tell you where you will not find it.

death- it is the end so it doesn't solve anything

drinking- adds new problems and makes old ones worse

drugs- does about the same as the drinking but it can kill you easier

useless s*x- it only makes you feel full for about a second but then after wards it takes more from you than it will ever give. and you can get STD which make all of your other problems pale a bit.

  8. Get a hobby?

    Distract yourself.

  9. Look in the mirror:

What you see is a one of a kind person absolutely unique and

special. You have been given all the tools necessary

to make your own mark on this world.

Why would you want to waste this?

Practice being an OPTIMIST... Life is so much more fun

    when your outlook is positive.

Is the glass half empty or is it half full?

    That depends on you.

None of us know how much time we have left.

You could live to the ripe old age of 80 or you could get

hit by a car and die tomorrow.

But that is irrelevant... as long as you live every minute of your

life to the fullest... it doesn't matter whether you spend a long time

on this earth or whether you die tomorrow.

So... look in that mirror and smile! Then go outside and feel the

wind and sunshine on your face. It is your time on this planet...

    Make the most of it.

  10. I agree.

This isn't really something that I like talking about, but nonetheless, it's true.

I have thought about suicide. Probably more than any normal person should. Sometimes... it seems like my only solution.

The best solution I've gotten so far is to keep yourself busy - like everyone else said.

When you're busy, when you have plans, when you're up and doing something, your mind is distracted. I know that sometimes your head is always able to dwell on things - it always happens to me, sometimes it's sooo hard to just STOP my thinking - but try your hardest to stay distracted.

Don't do anything that you might regret later.... live to love or to exact revenge. If you don't think love is strong enough to keep you in this world, hate should be. That sounds really bad, but it's true, honest, and from the heart. :]

  11. ...join the peace corps...

  12. Take a break from thinking about things - just have a time to be like a child again - then when you feel relaxed ask yourself what you want to do - and do it.
