If you have SD card and SD card reader in the computer or a actual SD reader that plugs into usb chord thats only way you can do it that way if not go to verizonwireless.com sign up with your phone number as the user name and when u successfully log in there should be something that says "music" and it should be saved in that folder! If not most of the time it just has the downloaded songs right on the verizonwirless essential program thats on your computer when you plug in your enV
