How do a write a good poem?

i wanna enter a poetry contest but i dont really kno how to write a poem but im good at writing. any help?

you need to be inspired first. when you find something that really inspires you, relax and just let it out.

don't try too hard to make it sound like a poem or it will be cheesy.

just let it flow.
