How do animals and plants get enough water in the desert?

  1. because their body has adapted to the desert climate throughout time, they dont need much, and what they do use as water 4 their body is through cactus, or from the bodily fluids of other animals they eat


  2. If you look at catuses one of the most common plants of the  dessert, they are FILLED with water, whenever it rains they soak up as much as they can a keep it in them... as for the animals I have heard that a lot of them eat cactuses which like I said are filled with water, all of these living beings have adapted to living in the desert and many don't need excessive amounts of water to survive.
