  1. They watch their poo float in mid air and after they finished using the restroom they have to chase their poo around the space station in order to catch it and put it in a jar.

Its called THE ZERO G UNLOADING DOCK

  2. The design of the ideal toilet is a big unsolved problem in manned space flight. The ones they have now depend on sealing the bottom to the seat. Inside the toilet, a stream of air directs the output to a collector.

As for urination, male astronauts use a device similar to the classical "motorman's friend." Female astronauts use adult diapers.

  3. Practically just like on Earth - they just have to pay attention to the fact, that they are in micro-gravity:

    - Even a small f**t is enough for propelling an astronaut, so he has to secure himself.

    - For avoiding "unlucky returns", a strong air stream is needed for making sure, everything lands, where it should.

    - flushing the toilet does not work in micro-gravity. instead, chemical or electrical systems are needed for making sure, germs don't spread in the toilet or even worse: Float to where the astronauts eat.

    - As many things in space take a lot of time, it is common to use diapers in phases where it is not possible to use the toilet. The toilet in the shuttle is for example not available for the first two and last three hours of flight. Also an EVA can easily take 8 hours, so diapers are common under the space suits.

One of the most embarrassing episodes in astronaut training is learning to use the toilet. As it is really important to sit correctly on it, the training makes use of a camera under the seat (but luckily only the astronaut can see what the camera sees)

But otherwise... all is just the same as on the ground. The smaller the spacecraft, the closer you get to the equivalent of a camping toilet...
