How do attract customers to an asian restaurant?

hello, my mum is runnign a restaurant business , her restaurant is right next to another restaurant which is way popular than ours, their restaurant looks better and always has people in there and my restaurant is loosing customers dramatically. i live in an asian town so what would attract alot of customers?

First see that your food is of good quality and taste.... that is the core product......if other rest.has better taste than yours....it is difficult for you to attract reegular customers....

Price: compare the prices of food with that other rest.   I am sure that other rest. must have prices higher than your proces...n that is the key....people percives high price means high quality.......

Budget: due to budget you may not undertake major rennovation so try to keep ur restaurant as clean as possisble,,,,,,

You answered your own question the other resturant is more popular and looks better. Which one was there first? if they was then you picked the wrong location. If you was then they did some research and saw you wouldn't be competitive. The business model will have to change, I would hire a marketer to see what my problems are.

well you could disturbute flyers all around the city and put posters i think that will worl well if it dosn't oyu need to think of a way to make the customers thet go to the resturant next to you come tour resturant
