  1. scroop the ball with your wrist

  2. They flick their wrist.

  3. mainly because we use a finget tip driled bowling ball and i hold my fingers at the 5 oclock position and fingers at 11 oclock postion.

this give my my rotation and spin on the ball to make it break where i want it to.

it takes a lot of practice and someone watching you to tell you what you need to do and what your dong wrong

  4. Pick out a light bowling ball and practice with that.  Start with a 10 lb ball. Stick your thumb, index, and middle fingers in the holes, and then as you roll the ball down the lane rotate your wrist to the the left (rotate it to the right if you're left handed).
