I'm only 17, but I never had acne (well, more like one or two pimples at the most at a time)

i got acne nest to the mouth area and

i have a beard and

i dont i wanna shave since it fcking hurt and my friend once shave off his zit and was bleeding for day

tear tear.  There would be tons of blood and mucus and it would just be gross.  EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

Very carefully and gently.  I speak from experience, having had acne when I started shaving in my mid-teens.  Sometimes it hurts a lot, but you just have to grit your teeth and do it.
