  1. You are blowing the gas carbon dioxide into the liquid and they float


  2. because when you blow you release air, when air gets in the water it go up because water is heavier than air, so does it form bubbles


  3. Fats, oils and proteins in the milk stabilize the surface tension of the air-milk interface where the bubbles form at the end of your straw.  As they rise to the surface, these continue to provide stability to the thin film of milk surrounding the bubble, allowing a foam to form.
