OK so recently Ive been trying to tone up. of course first i always do cardio and then i start doing my weight lifting.
ive been doing this for about over 2 months now. ive seen some results but i wnna be able to look in the mirror and be like.. o i see alot
the one thing i have trouble with are my biceps,triceps, and chest.
i do curls, but i feel like they dont work.
i also take a protein shake. the %100 whey protein right after my workout. what are some workouts that you reccomend in which youve seen results??
