How do build muscles ? ?

OK so recently Ive been trying to tone up. of course first i always do cardio and then i start doing my weight lifting.

ive been doing this for about over 2 months now. ive seen some results but i wnna be able to look in the mirror and be like.. o i see alot

the one thing i have trouble with are my biceps,triceps, and chest.

i do curls, but i feel like they dont work.

i also take a protein shake. the %100 whey protein right after my workout. what are some workouts that you reccomend in which youve seen results??

  1. First of all, DON'T DO CARDIO BEFORE A WORK-OUT!

    Right there is one flaw. It also depends if you're doing them right. Did you know estimated about 90% of the people at your gym are doing it all wrong?

    Make sure you have the right posture, take 2-3 seconds up, 2-3 seconds down. And when you do a rep, make sure to SQUEEZE that muscle! Also, do not flail your body around when doing a rep. I see so many people cheating on their work-outs by swinging their legs or flopping around.

    Not only will that just hurt the h**l out of your joints, but you'll get a crappy work-out. Go to http://www.bodybuilding.com/
