How do can I webcam chat from MSN?

I have a macbook with a webcam but the webcam icon dosnt show up when I am instant messaging. I dont know how to use the built in camera on msn and its really agitating. I typed in my question on help but it said something about ichat and i Dont use ichat. Help??

  1. you have to start a webcam convo. w/ someone and the picture should show up on the right side of the instant messaging box.
