I would recommend learning about your own body energy before extending to outside oneself. Also it's also a good idea to become familiar with energy by reading about the various methods of body energy as reiki, the chakras, tai chi, quigong to name a few. Meditation is a good starting point. However, meditation on the chakras or energy points within the body, is an important step to one's energy awareness. When you gain a better understanding of how energy works, you will have a better understanding of the energy in your surroundings. As with all tools, energy work can be a tool used for a variety of purposes How you utilize that energy is up to you.

We have to know that this physical energy has a source. It has only one source, and that source is the spiritual energy. As long as we remain in the body-consciousness, we are not aware of this, but when we go deep within, we see that spiritual energy is the source of the physical, vital and mental energy. When the spiritual energy left its Source and entered into the physical, it was somewhat polluted. It was unable to maintain its pristine purity. What we need is purity on the inner plane and dedication on the outer plane. If we aspire, we will be able to purify the physical energy. Outer dedication comes through gradual inner purification and inner awareness. When we have both inner purity and outer dedication, then the spiritual energy enters into the physical energy, and the physical energy at that time becomes an added strength to the spiritual energy.

It comes with practice.Start by regularizing your routine and harmonizing your body and mind with your soul by regular meditation and trances.You must also be clear of your will .Then choose a path that is a healer , a mage ,a Wicca (both are different so google for more info),a psion and so on .Find some sites and start practicing. I really recommend you to not give up even if you do not get any result after a month .It is not a big time after all . Did you become a master of English just after studying it for one month.
