  1. I am not sure if the canvas is a  sheet or a canvas bag but if it is a sheet, here is what I suggest:

Lay the canvas flat - on the grass or a deck etc.

take a bucket of HOT soapy water add 1 cup of chlorine bleach and  scrub it with a deck brush/broom on each side.  Then rinse with more hot water and hang it  to dry.  Mold is hard to remove.

    Good luck

  2. This works on things other than canvas so you could try it.

squeeze some fresh lemon juice onto the stain and sprinkle with cooking salt and leave in the sun, repeat if you have to and rinse off between applications to see if it is working.

Don't forget the stain will look worse while it is wet - it will be paler when dry

  3. I would either follow the lemon juice suggestion, or use white vinegar. Spray undiluted white distilled vinegar liberally onto the affected areas. Vinegar kills mold. Let it sit for several hours, ideally outside in the sun. Then, use warm, sudsy water (with 1/2 cup borax, if you have it) to wash it. Rinse it and let it dry in a clean, dry place.

I would not use chlorine bleach, or products that contain it, because it causes a chemical reaction with the fabric, which yellows canvas.
