  2. A water vapor cools and condenses

  3. "A" is a close answer. Areas of the earth's surface

can absorb in different degrees. This causes this

area to heat more quickly. The air that is near this warm spot breaks away on its own from the warm air surrounding it. It rises expanding and cooling as it ascends. It mixes with the cooler air, drier than the air around it and it slows in its movement. It may rise  a bit more,it cools and moisture condenses and then forms a cumulus cloud.
