  1. Really the convenience foods dont particularly help your body. They are there for just that "convenience" it is very possible to eat healthy and have convenience at the same time. Set aside one day and prepare food for the week. Make a meal and freeze it. Heat it up and eat it. Prepare a few days worth of portable salads in your fridge in airtight containers. Do your reasearch with your doctor and nutrition to see what the best amount of calories are good for you. Everyone is different. The best person to discuss diets with is your physician. Good luck.

  2. You need to eat and fast food helps the fact that you need to eat.

However, your body wasn't meant to process "high fructose corn syrup," "bleached enriched wheat flour," "Yellow #5," or any of the other c**p they put in there. This means that it has a hard time dealing with the fact you are feeding it c**p, and your body will respond negatively. You can become tired, nauseated, have regular headaches, have joint problems, become constipated, and other issues.

    So don't eat 'em!

  3. they dont really. unless its bread based - which can give u carbs for energy

  4. They provide the body with the calories it needs to continue running, however that is basically the extent of the benefits
