How do creditors find debtors?

i know they look at the electoral register , and that the tax office will not give them information what else can they do ?

  3. you have to remember that as soon as you enter the system you are leaving a trail,all the banks talk to each other,there are also agencies that collect information through surveys that people do that is for sale to people they will track you down unless you are sharp

  4. just type your name into peoplefinders and you will see, they will call relatives and you relentlesly, if you have bad debt and cant handle it now, best thing to do is change yuor phone number and have it unlisted. that will stop the calls but wont stop the mailings.

    once your debt is sold to a third party I would not pay bankrupsy is yourbest bet, as your credit is already ruined. good luck!

    Also going to neighbours, schools, websites, phone books, friends, relatives, dvla records (baillifs have access)

    The list is endless, every one leaves a paper trail.
