How do delete history on your computer that cant be deleted?

contact your IP internet provider, they will be able to assist you and may even go in with your permission and delete what you're wanting deleted.  Good luck.

Click on Tools/Internet Options/Delete then Delete history.

no tool history delete? then I guess you can't unless you want to reset your computer completeley, which might mean deleting all your files and programs. I had to do that after a virus. Ick. But then, maybe somebody knows a better way. . .

Go to tools, click on internet options, on the first page is a setting to set the days or no days for keeping history, it's the general tab, first page and you can clear history there, click on the clear history,then you can set it to zero so the history is not saved. click on apply, then OK.
