How do disabled americans obtain cars through charities? Please, I need to help my Aunt & Uncle who are in NE.

I need names of charities that can help them. I have letters from them with all of the info. I really need to help them. My aunt is on-line looking for info everyday and she hasn't found anything.If she can't find help I really don't know how I can. I turn you for assistance.

  1. Generally, the person in need of the vehicle--or a social worker or case manager--contacts a charity that provides donated cars, and fills out an application or submits a letter of need. The charity then reviews the application, requests any additional information it needs and makes a determination of whether or not it will donate a vehicle to the applicant. The applicant is then notified whether or not they will receive a vehicle.
