How do do I sign up my PS3 to PlayStation Network?

Can I use the same account for my PSP or do I need another account.

no you cannot use the psp network account with ps3 network account!

ok so you do it like this

create a new user if you havent already done so

go to sign up for psn

then it will ask you personal information including birthday name where you live and what not, you just fill it all out then you should be set!

The psp-1000 can sign in to the playstation network???? never heard of it but anyway all you gotta do is make sure that your internet is hooked up on the ps3. and then from the XMB (ps3's menu) go to network and you should see something that says sign up foir psn or something like that. and just sign up
