  1. pretty much all good photo editing software has filters.   all they did was run a photo thru a filter and changed the colors.  if you can obtain a copy of any software that you pay for (or are supposed to have paid for), it will have these filters.  you can get software in the same places as you get music (bearshare, limewire) BUT IT WOULD BE WRONG

    go to google.com and click more and find picasa
