how do you believe dreams have meaning, and that it could be just a dream

You dream of things which bother you, that is how they have meanings, because they can reveal what is bothering you, but chances are, you alreayd know what is bothering you.

You dream of what you were thinking of all day or shortly before fallign asleep.

Its all logical. I don't believe they predict anything, as many people seem to think.

Edit: not necessarily what is bothering you, but just anything that is on your mind.

Sometimes, they're straight forward, sometimes your imaginationmakes them creative.

ppl try to preach that dreams have meaning, but thats so they can sell you dumb books about it and act important.  They only want to make money from ya like fortune tellers.

Dreams are based on your subconscious mind.  Every single dream has meaning even though some meanings are non sense.  But more or less it reflects your personalities, fear, desire and your daily waking experience.

for example, if you dream of plane crashed, it could mean you are feeling insecure about things you can't make up your own mind or flying at all or simply means that you got this dream because you just watched a movie or view the actual event of the news.

It is like when they said, no comment, it is actually a comment in a hidden way.
