  1. all i have to say is

    in loving memory of

    Jacob Andrew L.

    2-14-97----3-31-03

miss you bud nothing will be the same with out ya

killed by a 17 year old drunk driver

that yes walked away w/ out a scartch

my aunt was cut from the car and lost almost all use of her left side

  2. Because they are drunk, they are more relaxed and flexible.

  3. Not always the case, but a driver under the influence of drink (or drugs) is not in control of their facalties. So they do not respond to the emergency in the same way. Peversely they are often quite relaxed at the point of impact and they allow  "gravity" to take over, rather than "fight for survival"

  4. it's Gods' way of punishment to them for the rest of their living life. they will most likely live in misery and pain until death

  5. the true answer is because they are drunk and so much  more flexiable   just like babys  that fall from three stories buldings

  6. I've always heard that it was because the sober person tenses up just before impact, making the injuries much worse (or causing death).  The drunk guy doesn't have a clear-enough mind to have that tensing-up reaction, so they end up coming out ok.  Sad, isn't it?
