  1. When you take a look at history anyone can find out that art and culture were related to the idle powerful class in the past. Art and culture above the average appears in areas in which people live on rents derived from properties built or bought in the past. This situations or conditions usually appear as a post industrial effect in Europe or a post socialist effect in the East. Of course all the countries have a national art and a national culture who all have to study when they´re young. All this art and culture represent the history, power and situation of the country in the past.


  2. Economic conditions do affect art and culture of a  country, if the economic condition of a country is better, then the people in that country would be following modern culture and art rather than following their old tradition.

    The economis condition of a country can be improved by promoting globalisation and providing more employment oppourtunities.
